This committee recommends Marketing and PR tracks for the conferences, working in conjunction with the steering committee members. They organize steering committee members to manage different topics and speakers for the annual conference. In addition, this committee works with the host committee to update and organize the tracks for the annual conference.
- Lead organization and development of marketing and PR tracks for the conference.
- Organize committee members to manage the different topic tracks and paperwork for each track/speaker.
- Provide update on session schedule during monthly calls.
- Ensure good variety of sessions based on membership survey from conferences past and user information.
